Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Sales & Commercial Regional Manager for our facility located in Rock Hill, SC. This position can be a remote position depending on where the candidate is located. As the Regional Manager for Sales & Commercial, you will be developing and achieving the sales forecast for the assigned territory. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, achieving budgeted sales growth, and maintaining minimum profit margins within the territory. What will you be doing? Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and sales team Communicating with all levels of the organization Understanding product positioning, routes to market, and advertising Developing a strong market and brand value selling capability Executing plans to achieve profitable sales within KPI's and metrics Traveling as required by the business and territory (regional and/or international) up to 80% along the East Coast Who are You? Bachelor’s level degree is preferred Minimum of 10 years of field sales experience within the specific business or technology area Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM or similar software Good collaborator in achieving business goals Effective home office worker Excellent language skills, business report writing, presentation creation and delivery What competencies will you need? Strong knowledge of the industry, customers, competitors, and product lines Good understanding of contracts (NDA, Sales, Supply, Distributor) Understands the structure of a value-based sales approach Able to communicate effectively with customers and peers to execute sales tactics Effective account management, relationship building, and negotiation skills Working knowledge and capability to use at least one CRM system Effective communication, in writing and verbally, both inside and outside the company Demonstrated excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail Develops effective relationships with customers and other team members Capable of understanding customer needs and recommending optimum products and services Independent and self-motivated to achieve business goals Effective time-management skills understand priorities and deliver on agreed goals We are Offering...
