We are seeking a friendly, professional Insurance Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Assist with policy paperwork and filing
*Provide administrative support to agents and staff
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
* Insurance knowledge a plus
