Job Title: Assembly Worker
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338, United States
Schedule & Pay:

• Training: $18/hour — First Shift (5:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 2 weeks
• Regular: $20/hour — Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

Job SummaryThe Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision and following established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards, while satisfying customer requirements. Major Responsibilities

• Adhere to Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct requirements
• Assemble sub-assemblies, install accessory components and materials; wire basic electrical connections per diagrams
• Inspect products for adherence to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools (framing experience a plus)
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials/products with lifting equipment when available
• Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position materials/components
• Complete and maintain electronic paperwork (checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, shipping docs)
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards

Required Skills & Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the workday
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed
• Lift/carry 50 lbs (alone) and over 50 lbs (with assistance)
• Manual dexterity for tool usage; ability to use hands to reach, handle, and feel
• Visual inspection of products

Required Experience & Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or construction experience (framing experience a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
