RN - LPN Weekends 3-11 Shift

As a dedicated healthcare provider, Foremost at Sharon is committed to delivering exceptional medical care to our patients and residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. We are seeking a talented and compassionate RN or LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As an RN or LPN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of care. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and will be required to possess a valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital sign checks
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $43

Requirements:

Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Certified in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
