Position Title: Production AssociateWage: $22.00/hourShift: 1stHours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed)Reached a dead end at your current job? This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today!Production Associate Responsibilities:- Manufacture, assemble and package metal products to produce needed items in the pursuit of customers’ orders as directed by the team lead and/or supervisor- Assemble materials and package finished products for transport to customers- Operate machinery or stations as instructed by the Team Leader to meet scheduled demands- Ensure that the standards for quality, output, safety etc. are adhered to and improved upon- Keep accurate records of production, waste, and quality checks undertaken- Properly maintain equipment- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.- Conform to all company policies and procedures- Maintain clean and organized work area- Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily and maintain a clean working environmentRequirements for Production Associate:- Previous manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred- Knowledge of metal manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 poundsBenefits:- QPS offers healthcare insurance through American Workforce after 4 weeks on assignment and paid holidays after 960 worked hours.Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting CandidatesIND152QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
