• Prepare apartments for new residents and complete move-in ready repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance issues
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Respond to resident service requests and emergency calls
• Perform painting, drywall patching, and general carpentry work
• Help maintain the property's appearance, including grounds and exterior areas
• Use hand and power tools daily to complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Work closely with property management to provide an exceptional resident experience

• 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or related experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs when needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

Unlike many maintenance positions, this community is fully renovated with brand-new systems and currently operates at lower occupancy , creating a more manageable and proactive maintenance environment. You'll spend less time putting out fires and more time performing quality work that keeps the community looking its best.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkinsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
