About Our Internship Program

Your internship is more than a summer experience. Its a chance to explore whats next. During Associated Banks 12-week internship program youll gain meaningful hands-on experience and build real-world skills while exploring career possibilities and discovering where your interests and strengths could take you. Key Accountabilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming including orientation workshops networking events research project and professional development activities.

• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks project-based work and assigned deliverables.

• Participate in meetings trainings and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.

• Follow company policies procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

• Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.

• Gain practical experience in corporate benefits administration by supporting research analytics employee communications and strategic projects that help deliver competitive and effective benefit programs to employees.

Education & Experience

Required

• Associates Degree Student with sophomore junior or senior standing at time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date. Required

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree student with sophomore junior or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
