Recruiter

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, plus one Saturday per month is required during May, June, July, and August. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units and hiring managers. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from requisition through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, organized, and experienced managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and business leadership. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create or review requisitions, and develop sourcing strategies. Manage the candidate pipeline through effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Coordinate and manage recruitment campaigns as needed. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and external recruiting partners as needed. Maintain compliance with recruiting policies, processes, and applicable regulations. Track candidate progress and drive an efficient recruiting process to minimize time-to-fill. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Taleo or similar systems. Provide recruiting status updates, hiring metrics, and pipeline reports to leadership. Analyze recruiting data and staffing metrics to support workforce planning. Support operational hiring initiatives, including high-volume recruiting and staffing projects. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Partner with recruiting teams across regions to share best practices and provide backup support when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting. Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting preferred. High-volume recruiting experience preferred. Preferred Skills Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or production hiring. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience conducting behavioral or structured interviews. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Typical Day Screen and evaluate applicants. Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate feedback with hiring teams. Monitor recruiting pipelines and staffing progress. Analyze hiring metrics and recruiting data. Partner with operations and leadership to meet staffing goals. Provide recruiting and administrative support to ensure hiring objectives are met.
