We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team and help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction, engagement, and overall well-being. Assist with group activities, arts and crafts, games, entertainment, special events, and holiday programs. Develop positive relationships with residents while providing a welcoming and supportive environment. Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other members of the care team. Qualifications: Previous experience working with seniors, in healthcare, long-term care, or recreational activities is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine interest in improving the quality of life and daily experience of our residents.
