SNELLING is currently recruiting a Client Liaison for a Wealth Management company in the Tyler area with a pay rate of $20- $25/hr. It is a Full-Time In person position in a professional office setting. Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

This Client Liaison position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process, Snelling would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. Position Summary

The Client Liaison serves as an administrative assistant for the office and helps fulfill a variety of client and office needs. This position is often the first point of contact for clients, answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and helping ensure daily office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an administrative assistant for the office.
• Serve as the primary person responsible for answering phones and greeting clients.
• Confirm and schedule client meetings and manage the advisor's calendars.
• Set up client meetings by preparing conference rooms and Zoom calls.
• Process all meeting notes and manage the filing and scanning of documents and notes on both digital and physical platforms.
• Coordinate special events, including Christmas cards, client appreciation parties, and other client activities.
• Run office errands, including dropping off overnight packages and shopping for general office supplies.
• Assist other liaisons and team members with their responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Zoom and Apple products preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to independently think, problem-solve, and handle multiple tasks and requests at once.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate websites and digital platforms.
• Ability to adapt to varying client and employee personality types and situations.
• Eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment with a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Team player who is willing to assist others as needed.
• Basic math skills and ability to maintain a professional business dress code.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and investments preferred, but not required.
