What You Will Be Doing

• Administer radiographic and CT imaging techniques to acquire high-quality images for physician review
• Collaborate with radiologists and the medical team to ensure precise diagnoses
• Efficiently position patients while calibrating equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality
• Adhere to all radiation safety protocols for patient and staff protection
• Keep meticulous records including imaging logs and equipment status
• Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly imaging environment

Requirements for Education

• An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Completion of an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT Certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

• Expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team members
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt swiftly to evolving demands
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
