2nd Legger: Precision Skinning & Safety in Meat Processing

America's Heartland Packing seeks a dedicated 1st legger to remove hide from the lower round, hock and leg of carcasses. You will start from the pattern mark, insert the knife between hide and meat, and skin around the hock and leg while following safety procedures. Ideal candidates will be able to work in a humid, hot, and wet environment with PPE, and stand for long periods. Training provided in a fast-paced plant setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Foods Group
