RN Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Pearl Pointe's Pearl Pavilion in Freeport, Illinois. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze budgetary and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions
Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and teamwork among staff members
