Job Description: This job is responsible for helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Key responsibilities include balancing working service requests and other transactional activities such as in-person or inbound call delivery. Job expectations include proactively connecting with clients, conducting consistent follow-up routines, and handling complex and diverse client engagements.
