The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing care plans. Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team is essential. Knowledge of common diagnoses and treatments is required. The nurse will monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Flexibility to float to different units as needed, including rehab and ICU. The candidate should be professional in demeanor and appearance. The expected patient ratio is 1:6. This role encompasses caring for patients of all ages. The work environment is supportive and includes access to electronic health records. The dress code allows for any scrub color, while casual wear is not permitted.
