Inventory Control Specialist - Second Shift

Essential Job Functions

Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.

Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources needed to complete schedule.

Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audit results.

Spot audits unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.

Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.

Performs data entry and prepares standard reports and spreadsheets.

Collects, organizes, records, and files information.

Performs Rating & Billing duties.

Reads and responds to all emails in a timely fashion.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities

Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment

Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications

Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements, and industry standards.

Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma/GED required.

5 or more years of related work experience.

5 or more years of industry related experience preferred.

Certifications & Licenses

Professional certification may be required in some areas

California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 19 - 27 annually.

Physical Requirements

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
