BEHAVIOR HEALTH TECHNICIAN(BHT-ABA) / REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) Matrix was founded by parents of two children with special needs. QualificationsHave a certification as a BCaBA.Have a certification as an RBT.Have a bachelor's degree and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.Must have a PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, valid Driver's License. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
