About Our Client

This Minnesota-based GC has built a strong reputation over 70+ years, delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. They've recently secured several projects in the $10M-$35M range and are looking to bring on a Project Manager who can confidently run multiple projects from start to finish. With a growing pipeline, they're seeking someone who can keep the environment fun and collaborative while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Job Description

Someone that can take charge on multiple projects at one time
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions
Work closely with the precon manager for budgets/finances of projects

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of construction experience
Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, & Microsoft Office
Construction Management or college degree preferred

What's on Offer

$90,000 to $130,000 base salary
