Position Overview Seeking a Senior Embedded Platform Engineer with strong low-level embedded firmware and platform development experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing drivers, BSP, bare-metal firmware, RTOS, MCU peripherals, hardware bring-up, and low-level debugging . Key Skills

Embedded C/C++ Bare Metal RTOS - FreeRTOS, VxWorks, ThreadX
Driver Development BSP / Middleware Board Bring-Up JTAG / Lauterbach / Trace32
Firmware Debugging Oscilloscope / Logic Analyzer TI C2000, NXP, STM32, Aurix
CAN, SPI, Ethernet HIL Testing Hardware Bring-Up Low-Level Debugging Motor Control / FOC / Power Electronics / Actuator Control / Motor Drives

Required Qualifications

5+ years developing embedded firmware for complex real-time systems
Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++ and real-time firmware architecture
Experience with TI C2000, NXP, or comparable safety-oriented MCUs
Strong understanding of MCU peripherals, interrupts, timers, watchdogs, memory, clocks, ADC, PWM, GPIO, and communication interfaces
Hands-on CAN, SPI, and Ethernet experience
Ability to integrate and debug across hardware, firmware, and system boundaries
Experience with hardware bring-up, lab validation, and HIL testing
Strong analytical and low-level debugging skills
