What started as a bakery crafting wholesome sourdough breads and seasonal pastries in 2018 has flourished into a full-service restaurant concept, standing proudly alongside our beloved takeout bakery. What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Colossus, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care.
• Working the hot line during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Cooking and plating foods to temp and spec
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Handling ingredients and equipment safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on your feet for up to 8 hours.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently on the hot line.
• Experience with egg cookery and meat cookery is preferred
• A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
