Custodial Worker II
Montgomery County, OH
Full performance level in the custodial occupation requiring considerable knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures; under direction, cleans County facilities, including the operation of heavy floor care equipment. Cleans floors, including buffing, stripping, waxing. Cleans and dusts rooms and furniture, cleans restrooms, elevators and showers. Collects trash and deposits at compactor or dumpster; operates compactor or bailer. Sprays rooms to exterminate insects. Stocks supplies and maintains security of supplies. Checks security of buildings and rooms; opens building; locks doors. Performs general clean-up tasks around the grounds. Moves furniture, boxes or other materials. (Performs Related Duties As Required) Equivalent to eighth school grade plus one (1) course in the operation of heavy equipment; OR alternative, equivalent evidence of the Minimum Class Requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Montgomery County, OH
