PT Sales Lead- Lee Wrangler Outlet

Responsibilities Open and close the store, support sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensure excellence in customer service by initiating conversations with customers, building relationships, and recommending products through suggestive selling. Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked. Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing, freight processing, accurate transaction processing, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale integrity. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership team members and communicate employee concerns directly to the Store Manager. Onboard and train new team members in sales behaviors, customer service expectations, and store procedures. Respond quickly to customer or employee injuries and report them to the Manager on Duty. Participate in loss prevention audits and adhere to company loss‑prevention policies to minimize store shrink. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required. Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of 30 hours per week with one weekend day and rotating holidays. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 25‑to‑50 lbs, retrieve merchandise, push/pull full racks, reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch as needed. Manually assemble displays or rearrange store layout as required. Use office equipment and technology such as cash register, computers, phones, and scanners. Essential Functions Perform reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Accurately read labels, assist customers, and pay attention to detail.
