Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home Health experience needed.

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
On-call or weekend requirement: None.
Coverage area: Lycoming County, PA.
Primary responsibilities include completing starts of care, evaluations, and visits for physical therapy.
Dress code: business casual or blue scrubs.
Minimum education requirement: Doctoral.
