Job Responsibilities

Additional Skills:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Read, write and speak English.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as Ohms Law, volts, watts, power consumption and necessary fuse ratings. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software such as RS Logix, and other pertinent software. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Reasoning Skills: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to use problem solving when presented with problems or duties that do not have immediate answers or results.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to use active listening. Able to clearly communicate technical details to all levels of the organization and in a fashion to allow effective problem solving.
• Problem Solving Skills: Must be able to facilitate structured problem solving. Must actively participate in problem solving in a cross functional team activities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch, twist and stretch and stand for prolonged periods of time.
