Experienced Mover & Crew Leader — $25-$32/hr + Tips, Year-Round Work

Our crews have been named "Best of NH" for the past 4 years and "Best of the Seacoast" for six — a reputation we\'ve built by hiring reliable people, treating them well, and promoting from within. What you\'ll earn Crew Chiefs start at $25/hr plus tips, with higher rates based on experience and a peak-season boost of an extra $2.50/hr from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 6 paid holidays after 6 months 1 week paid vacation plus 3 sick days after 1 year (2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years) Company-paid health insurance (Healthcare Reimbursement Account) Dental plan, 100% company-paid 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Company-paid DOT Medical Card for drivers What you\'ll do You\'ll work alongside an experienced, tight-knit crew loading, transporting, and delivering customers\' belongings safely. Hours are Monday–Friday plus alternating Saturdays, typically 7:30 to 4:30, varying by job. What we\'re looking for Someone dependable with a positive attitude who works well as part of a team.
