Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings using recognized methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals, tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments.

  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to achieve integrated, seamless care for clients, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in acute situations.

  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans according to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, enhancing clients' social skills and resilience.

Working with a diverse clientele, you will engage with individuals seeking help for various mental health issues. Your work will significantly contribute to the well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families facing emotional, psychological, or social challenges in Oregon.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating a proven track record of effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $105,000 annually. In addition to a solid base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
