What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete all repairs on each order efficiently, meeting dealership, state, and factory standards.
• Address the customer's primary concern, focusing on diagnosis, repair, and quality control to ensure Fixed First Visit outcomes.
• Perform Electronic Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle.
• Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding any changes to the repair's scope or timing.
• Master our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack), Pencilwrench, and Mykaarma for time tracking, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and be accountable for dealership-owned tools.
• Complete assigned factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep current on all factory technical bulletins.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards to ensure a spotless return of customer vehicles.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; graduation from a recognized Automotive/Technical School preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician; factory-trained and/or manufacturer-certified is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a team environment.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions with a common-sense approach.
• Excellent driving record with professional appearance and work ethic.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit and/or stand interchangeably and for long periods.
• Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms.

• Lift and carry items up to or exceeding 50 pounds.
• Safely operate and drive vehicles or equipment.
