We’re hiring a Night Shift Foreman to provide hands‑on leadership during overnight operations at our Spring Grove facility. This is a 2nd/3rd shift position averaging 10‑hour shifts. Why This Role The Night Shift Foreman role will provide the servant leadership mindset and oversight needed to maintain safe workflow and quality decision making support across all departments, providing a collaborative leadership presence that works in partnership with first‑shift leadership. You’ll be the leader employees rely on—guiding decisions, solving problems, and making sure the shift runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Own A safe, high-quality production environment during overnight hours Coordination of production across forging, heat treat, machining, and related processes Strong communication and alignment between shifts Success means a shift that runs smoothly, delivers results, and sets the next team up for success. What You’ll Do Lead and support the production team directly on the floor Make real-time decisions to address safety, quality, or production issues Communicate clearly across departments and shifts Coach and develop team members while reinforcing expectations This is a highly hands‑on role, with the majority of time spent working alongside the team. What We’re Looking For ~10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metals or heavy industry Prior leadership experience in a production environment Strong decision‑making skills and ability to lead independently Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations A servant leadership mindset with strong communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process documentation, and inspection criteria preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and intermediate computer skills. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, raw material grades and low volume /high mix, material flow. The estimated pay range for this position is the lowest and highest range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. The actual pay offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
