Essential Duties and Responsibilities Know our residents and their family by spending time getting to know them. Understand our Successful Aging community’s philosophy, culture, and its language. Build positive and supporting relationships in the community to enhance the community culture. Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate, and memorable way and enjoy the moment that you spend with the resident. Support our residents’ in adopting a successful aging lifestyle and celebrate their accomplishments and efforts. Passionate about the potential growth and confidence of our residents. Provide services as scheduled for assigned residents. Such services may include helping with activities of daily living (bathing, oral care, grooming, clothing selection, dressing, undressing and changing, toileting, transferring, escorts, laundry, etc.) Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
