Conveys to customers an eagerness/willingness to help.Meets customer needs through problem solving techniques as required.Sells and refers Bank products and services within the guidelines established by the Bank. Follows up with prospects by asking for their business. Maintains referral documentation and actively participates in sales promotions.Conducts business in a professional manner and maintains a neat and orderly work area.Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all personnel.Participates in community projects and organizations as requested. Demonstrates a willingness to accept added duties and responsibilities.Performs all banking transactions, including opening accounts, checking & savings deposits, IRA’s, business retirement accounts, and various types of payments, in accordance with Bank policy.Performs as a teller including performing financial transaction with Bank customers and settlement procedures and balances cash drawer, as needed.Understands and adheres to security and compliance policies and procedures.Comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities include accurately completing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), adhering to the Customer Identification Program (CIP) Policy, reporting suspicious activity to your manager, and performing Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) checks,Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experienceStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGeneral personal computer knowledge, prior experience banking applications preferredAbility to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detailSales and service oriented personalityMust be available to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basisThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk/hear (e.g., communicate or express oneself while exchanging information). This would require the ability to lift files at least 25 pounds, open filing cabinets, bend or stand on a stool as necessary.The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.Salary Minimum: 48,177.00 - Salary Max: 72,265.00The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
