- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
- Prepare customer shipments, including final pack-out, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international incoming and outgoing shipments, including applicable customs requirements.
- Maintain lot traceability and accurate shipping records.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, finished goods inventory, and inventory records.
- Track raw material and finished goods inventory and support monthly inventory reporting.
- Conduct and reconcile physical inventories and investigate discrepancies between system and physical inventory Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records in SAP.
- Provide guidance and support to junior logistics team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and properly maintain warehouse equipment and supplies.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Read, interpret, and complete shipping documents, logs, SOPs, and other required documentation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities related to warehouse, inventory, shipping, and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, packaging, warehouse, or logistics operations
- 2+ years of experience with SAP inventory management and purchasing
- Experience with domestic and international shipping and customs procedures
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry
- Experience working in an ISO-certified environment
- Experience documenting procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift and wear required PPE, including safety footwear and gloves
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a moderate noise level
