Responsibilities Prepare the sterile field and assist the surgical team during procedures Maintain sterile technique, count instruments, and ensure equipment readiness Support the surgical team across diverse cases, including ortho, gynecology, robotic, urology, general, ENT, and spine procedures Contribute to heavy total joint and orthopedic case workloads while maintaining patient safety Assist with translating intraoperative needs and instrument handling for efficient case flow Document perioperative activity in the electronic medical record (Epic) and communicate clearly with team members Requirements 2years of surgical technology experience in the operating room Prior travel experience required Ortho experience, including total joint cases; experience with robotic, gynecology, urology, general, ENT, and spine cases preferred CST certification preferred; BLS required Ability to work 4x10‑hour shifts in a hospital setting Strong teamwork ethic, reliability, and ability to stay task‑focused Benefits and Support Scrubs provided by the facility Epic EMR experience for documentation Prescreen and direct interview process to expedite offers #J-18808-Ljbffr
