- Realizar inspecciones de calidad y seguridad en materias primas, líneas de producción y producto terminado.
- Inspeccionar empaques, etiquetado y sellados para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de la empresa y de seguridad alimentaria.
- Monitorear temperaturas, pesos y parámetros de producción.
- Registrar datos e inspecciones en los formularios y bitácoras diarias.
- Reportar inmediatamente a los supervisores cualquier defecto en el producto o falla de calidad.
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura siguiendo las normas de higiene.
