Job Description
The Service Technician - Stove Installer will be part of an installation crew responsible for installing gas, wood, and pellet stoves, completing gas connections, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through proper operation. The role includes installation, customer walkthroughs, follow-up support, and warranty service.
Responsibilities
- Install gas, wood, and pellet stoves.
- Complete gas connections and related installation work.
- Provide customers with clear instruction and operational walkthroughs.
- Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues.
- Conduct follow-up service and customer support.
- Assist with customer service and warranty support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in appliance installation and service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of gas appliance installation.
- Experience with electrical wiring.
- Customer service skills.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Troubleshooting experience.
Must have 3 years plus experience.
