San Francisco / Toronto / ParisProduct /Full-Time Local /HybridWhat you'll be doingLead, define, and communicate the strategy, vision and roadmap of our AI platform with all key stakeholders, partnering with CEO & CTOBuild processes to deliver AI-driven solutions that satisfy the needs of our B2B customersCollaborate with UX design efforts supporting product iterations of our B2B dashboard as well as integrated platformsCollaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to master the specifications of our AI platform and APIs, and lead technical product development and integrations initiativesBuild and nurture an agile and innovative product culture within the company, founded on the importance of continuous and rapid prototyping and learningAssess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities, monitor progress and evaluate resultsDevelop budgets, forecasts, and metricsDrive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive actionUnderstand the evolving competitive landscape and identify potential strategic partnerships for complementary product offeringsWhat you should have5-7 years experience in technical B2B product managementDemonstrated track record of building high value product teamsDemonstrated success in shipping and iterating on products within an agile software development environmentAbility to understand highly technical business problems, craft effective strategies to tackle them, and present simple solutions to our customersOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExtremely well organized with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environmentNice to have: familiarity with ML/AI technologies, strong interest in personalization and recommendation systems, familiarity with real-time APIs and CDPsUS Employee Benefits: 75% coverage on Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
