Installation Manager

Position Title Installation Manager Job Details FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-exempt Reports To: Branch Manager Location: Folcroft Office Branch Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM – Monday through Friday, the schedule does require flexibility based on client needs. Pay: Earn $60,000–$70,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections of flooring installations to ensure compliance with company standards. Identify, document, and follow up on installation deficiencies. Provide feedback and coaching to installation teams to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve client concerns. Maintain accurate inspection records and assist in refining quality control procedures. Support client satisfaction initiatives by ensuring installations consistently exceed expectations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in flooring installation or related quality assurance work. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50% of the time). Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.
