Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Coordinate staffing needs across multiple client locations, supporting regional operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client managers and field employees
• Assist with employee scheduling, placement, and coverage across assigned stores
• Support recruiting efforts, onboarding processes, and employee compliance
• Conduct site visits as needed to support client relationships and employee performance
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and managers
• Generate reports related to staffing levels, attendance, and performance as needed
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure client and employee needs are met
• Adhere to company GMPs (Good Manufaturing Practices) and ensure field employees are adhering to them as well.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to adhere to company GMPs (wear steel toed boots/shoes, no jewelry, no false nails or nail polish, wear hear and or beard net, safety glasses, and bump caps.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

SCHEDULE:

• Schedule flexibility is encouraged, and work schedules may change based on operational needs, base schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
