Essential Functions Provides resident-centered care according to service plans and direction from the RN Care Coordinator. Communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff; monitors resident status and promptly reports changes or concerns. Accurately documents services and follows safety, standard precautions, body mechanics, and scope-of-training requirements. Completes required training and assists with scheduling to ensure adequate resident care coverage while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Requirements At least 16 years of age.
