Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Position Type This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Night Shift Incentive Program Full‑time night shift RNs receive $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year). Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. Qualified for PALS or ENPC. Advanced Cardiac Life Support experience. PALS Certification. Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course. Valid BLS or CPR card through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Card must be current within sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Deliver care within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Preceptor duties for newcomers to healthcare and to UCHealth. Adapt to a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Freestanding Emergency Departments Provide urgent and emergent care outside of a hospital environment, including diagnostic and procedural care. Receive individualized specialty education and training support from Clinical Educators during orientation.
