Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker/CnC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in woodworking, cabinetry, and related trades, with the ability to interpret schematics to produce high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing a variety of hand tools and power tools. The Cabinet Maker will play a vital role in delivering precise craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and effective project execution. Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and woodwork components. Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment. Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site or in workshop settings, ensuring proper fit and finish. Measure spaces accurately for custom fabrication. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to meet specifications and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction trades. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory.
