AEO is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader at our Troy, MI location. In this full-time role, you will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver brand standards and a best-in-class guest experience. You will lead floorset execution, replenishment, and guest-ready merchandising across the sales floor and fitting rooms.
