About the Role:
Lifetime Family Medicine LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical team at our Family Medicine office in Gainesville, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding nursing staff while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a warm, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily clinical nursing operations within a fast-paced family medicine office
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and performance of nursing and medical assistant staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations
• Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and care coordination
• Conduct staff training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical education
• Monitor and maintain medication management, vaccine administration, and supply inventory
• Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns and clinical issues

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred
• Prior supervisory or lead nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems (Athenahealth preferred), and medical office procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Compassionate, organized, and patient-focused demeanor
