Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure effective merchandising, customer service, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to labor laws. Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage employee pay and advancement. Oversee daily store opening, closing, and safety protocols. Analyze financial statements to identify trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability. Manage inventory levels through ordering, stock presentation, and cycle counts. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards and maintain accurate inventory. Uphold cash handling, security, and safety procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. Complete administrative tasks and ensure policy compliance. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Ability to solve problems and handle diverse situations. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds; occasional climbing and outside exposure; fast-paced environment requiring mobility and alertness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
