Direct-Hire- Retail Operations Analyst

Job Description A well-known luxury retail brand is seeking a Retail Operations Analyst to support retail operations through advanced reporting, compliance oversight, and data analytics. This role will partner closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, IT, and Store Leadership to transform complex data into actionable business insights that support operational excellence, client retention, and business performance. Responsibilities Analyze retail, client, and transactional data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics frameworks Monitor compliance metrics, operational performance, and key business indicators Support client reporting, retention strategies, and business planning initiatives Investigate transactional anomalies, purchasing patterns, and operational discrepancies Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Planning, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Store Leadership Deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights and reporting Create ad hoc reports, presentations, and reporting solutions for leadership teams Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and adherence to governance standards Support reporting process improvements and operational efficiencies Qualifications 3–5 years of Retail Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Allocation, or Inventory Planning experience Retail industry experience required Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index Match, Logical Functions, Data Validation, and Complex Formulas Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience creating dashboards and reporting for business users Tableau experience preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ideal Background Retail Operations, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, Business Analytics, Retail Analytics, Reporting, Supply Chain Analysis, or Data Analytics experience within retail, luxury, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, or consumer products. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
