Shift Lead Job Description Firehouse Subs #1637 - Menifee Lakes Plaza We are currently looking for individuals with availability for part‑time/full‑time positions to join our team! Our goal is to be the best sub shop in every neighborhood. What is a Shift Leader? The shift leader is one who supervises the restaurant during a certain period of time, ensuring excellent service and optimum profitability by running an efficient and effective shift. This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift. It involves knowing all skill positions and the sequence of service from greeting the guest to exit greetings, ensuring operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable costs, and sales growth. The shift leader is a part of the management, providing an excellent foundation to build your career with our Firehouse Subs family. To become a shift leader you must: Have prior fast food/restaurant work experience (2 years or more preferred) Be at least 18 years old Be able to work under pressure Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and by the GM/Owner Be able to work in a team environment and promote teamwork Be an effective communicator Have a good attitude Be reliable Maintain an organized work area Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr M-
