Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team in our corporate office based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.What is the opportunity?Strategic problem solver who proactively identifies, develops, and implements ways to improve key marketing operations, processes, workflows, and systems to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improve the customer experience and accelerate our businessWhat are the primary responsibilities?Manages and provides training and support for our Project and Resource Management tool, WorkfrontResponsible for proactively reviewing and mapping existing marketing processes and iterating changes to test and improve processesCollaborate with our teams to implement improvement action plans when necessaryAnalyzes and presents information to generate insights that assist in the achievement of marketing goalsEnsure marketing best practices and processes are fully aligned, and that systems integrate andsynchronize well with the current marketing technology stackPrioritize, strategize, and manage marketing initiatives in collaboration with our Corporate and AncillaryBusiness teamsResponsible for the optimization and management of the processes for all digital signage and ISPpresentations as well as support and troubleshooting assistanceAll other duties as assignedThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! Qualifications Does this describe you?Experienced in marketing automation workflow and process managementDemonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilityMust be innovative and make individual, strategic, and tactical judgments and recommendationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at onceMust be able to work with colleagues in various roles, at all levels, including senior managementMaximize utilization of resourcesDo you have these qualifications:Essential:Excellent written and verbal communicationMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing project managementBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related fieldWork in office 3-days per week.
