Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities :
- Install & configure digital lab equipment at client sites
- Ensure systems & software products are properly set-up/calibrated
- Provide training/education to clients for all equipment usage & maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose, repair, & troubleshoot technical issues and restore to working order – remotely and/or onsite
- Manage customer inquiries & provide technical support as needed
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, & maintenance logs – track equipment performance for potential issues
- Provides ongoing equipment training sessions to clients
- Develop & distribute instructional/educational materials
- Ensures all service to clients meets company quality standards
- Support various teams to ensure top-notch customer & delivery service
- Keep all clients informed and up-to-date of service activity
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record – must have reliable transportation
- 3+ years of field service/technical support experience – Ability to work independently & manage service calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Experience troubleshooting & repairing digital equipment, including CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, milling machines, ovens/furnaces, suction units.
- Able to lift 50lbs. or more
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours
