Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Cedar Rapids, IA

We're seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing operation on 2nd shift . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in safety, and want to build valuable skills operating industrial equipment.

• Full-time 2nd Shift
• Must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately one month
• Paid training and certification on:
  • Forklift operation
  • Overhead crane operation
  • Industrial saw equipment

• Load, unload, move, and stage material safely and efficiently
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and saw equipment after certification
• Read work orders and product specifications
• Perform inventory, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to learn and safely operate industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
