Job Summary Process Mechanical CAD/BIM Designer for our Water Team to prepare design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects. Responsibilities Develop CAD site plans, plan & profile, sections, and details for water/wastewater infrastructure projects. Coordinate with disciplines (site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, I&C) to resolve design conflicts and challenges. Create BIM models, Cells, Parametric Cells, and CAD-based files for contract document production. Ensure drawings comply with company and client CAD/BIM standards and styles. Help design teams assemble submittals throughout project delivery. Perform other related tasks as required. Qualifications 5+ years applicable experience or demonstrated skill. At least a 2-year A.S. degree from an accredited college (preferred). Proficiency with MicroStation Open Buildings; AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit are plus. Experience in engineering environment producing infrastructure plans. Prior work with water, wastewater, energy, or petrochemical industries is desired. Client-focused, innovative, ethical, and sustainable approach. Knowledge of ProjectWise, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Autodesk FORMA (BIM360, ACC) is valuable. Compensation Base compensation range of $95,200 - $142,800 annually for this position and local market.
