Associate Sales Representative - San Diego - Injury/Infection Prevention

Associate Sales Representative role supporting Stryker's Sage injury and infection prevention product line in San Diego. The position involves promoting products to healthcare providers, conducting demonstrations, managing customer relationships, and participating in training and industry events while gaining foundational sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff with product knowledge and customized messaging
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with hospital evaluations and post-sale implementation
- Support customer adoption and satisfaction through follow-up training and relationship management
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Professional sales or customer service experience preferred
- Time management and project management skills
- Customer service and consultative problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $71,500 base, eligible for bonuses and benefits
